Cela signifie que vous pouvez d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectuer votre r\u00e9inscription via le nouveau syst\u00e8me, tandis que les autres services continueront provisoirement selon l\u2019ancienne m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En raison de la transition vers le nouveau syst\u00e8me, vous devrez saisir \u00e0 nouveau vos informations. Besoin d\u2019aide ? N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 passer au bureau du port, nous serons ravis de vous accompagner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment bien compl\u00e9ter la r\u00e9inscription 2026 ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous recevrez un email d\u2019invitation contenant un lien pour soumettre votre r\u00e9inscription. Cliquez dessus et vous recevrez un nouvel email avec la r\u00e9inscription effective. Rendez-vous dans cet email et cliquez de nouveau sur le lien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remplissez soigneusement vos donn\u00e9es personnelles (num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, adresse (email), modifications concernant les copropri\u00e9taires, enfants domicili\u00e9s, contact d\u2019urgence, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indiquez ce que vous souhaitez faire avec votre bateau pendant l\u2019hiver : sur le terrain \u2013 dans l\u2019eau \u2013 quitter le port (sortir de VYN).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indiquez ce que vous souhaitez faire avec votre bateau pendant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 : place de mouillage \u2013 pas de mouillage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites-nous \u00e9galement savoir le type de place que vous souhaitez :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Catway : Vous avez une finger pier le long de votre bateau, c\u00f4t\u00e9 b\u00e2bord ou tribord<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Box : Vous avez une finger pier le long des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de votre bateau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponton de t\u00eate : Vous \u00eates amarr\u00e9 le long de la t\u00eate du ponton<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans la section \u00ab remarques \u00bb, mentionnez uniquement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments li\u00e9s \u00e0 la place de mouillage :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous souhaitez une catway \u00e0 b\u00e2bord ou tribord<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous souhaitez une place sur un ponton sp\u00e9cifique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous souhaitez amarrer avec la proue vers le nord ou le sud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne mentionnez pas de place exacte ; ce n\u2019est pas possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans ou hors de l\u2019eau ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9servez votre op\u00e9ration de grue \u00e0 temps via<strong> info@vynieuwpoort.be ou +32 58 23 52 32 !<\/strong> Cela doit toujours \u00eatre fait par les membres eux-m\u00eames ; une simple mention dans la r\u00e9inscription ne suffit pas. Dans une phase ult\u00e9rieure, vous pourrez \u00e9galement le r\u00e9server vous-m\u00eame dans le syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les bateaux sur nos terrains ne peuvent plus \u00eatre mis \u00e0 l\u2019eau apr\u00e8s un certain moment (contactez-nous MAINTENANT si votre bateau est encore sur le terrain et que vous souhaitez le mettre \u00e0 l\u2019eau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous ne pouvons jamais r\u00e9server \u00e0 l\u2019avance la date pour remettre le bateau \u00e0 l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Facture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les factures seront envoy\u00e9es \u00e0 partir du 1er novembre. Nous vous demandons de payer \u00e0 la date de facturation afin de garantir votre place.
