For those who are not yet familiar with the concept: the Clubbar is our monthly club evening for VYN members. A relaxed opportunity to catch up, meet new people and enjoy the beautiful setting, the view and, of course, a drink together.

KBC Talk: The Housing Market in Motion

During the November Clubbar, KBC will host an engaging talk addressing the question:
Is investing in property still worthwhile?
After several years of higher interest rates, cooling market activity and changing housing needs, many questions are arising among both prospective buyers and investors.
Nico Harboort, KBC property expert and guest lecturer at HOGENT, will provide an up-to-date perspective on the housing market, with a particular focus on coastal municipalities. He will draw on the latest national figures and economic insights.
What is the current state of housing affordability? Are young people really finding it increasingly difficult to buy their own home? What do interest rates, income trends and property prices mean for first-time buyers? And in the current climate, does property remain an attractive long-term investment? The question of whether it still makes sense to borrow money to invest in property will also be addressed.
