We will toast to the 2026 sailing season together with our members during a pleasant lunch.
PROGRAM
12:00 PM – Lunch provided by RUIG Catering
- Starter – Beef carpaccio with pesto, Parmesan cream, pine nuts and arugula.
- Main course:
- Sea bass with herb crust, risotto with Mediterranean vegetables and beurre blanc sauce.
- “Dierendonck” sirloin steak, tomato tarte tatin, hasselback potato with tarragon and chili, béarnaise sauce.
- Dessert – Chocolate mousse

⚡ Sneak peek: recycling & electrification project with STRAAL
Our sustainability project, in which we recycle and electrify a boat in collaboration with STRAAL, is almost ready to be launched. Be sure to come and have a look and chat with the volunteers and the project leads, Laura and Thijs from STRAAL.
