Renew your application for the 2026–2027 winter season
The renewal application for the 2026–2027 winter season is now available! You have received a personal email containing a link to the application form.
We kindly ask you to complete your application as soon as possible, even if you have already communicated your preferences at the harbour office, by email or by telephone. It is important that all information is submitted again through the form so that we can process your application correctly in our new digital management system.
How to complete your application
When completing the form, please:
- Carefully check your personal details and boat information and make any necessary changes.
- Indicate what you intend to do with your boat during the winter season:
- Keep it ashore.
- Keep it in the water.
- Leave the harbour (depart from VYN).
Please ensure that all information is as complete and accurate as possible so that we can process your application correctly.
Launching and lifting your boat
- Book your crane operation in good time. You are responsible for booking your crane operation. Mentioning it in the renewal application is not sufficient. You can book your crane operation by emailing info@vynieuwpoort.be or calling +32 58 23 52 32.
- We cannot confirm a date in advance for putting your boat back in the water.
Separate applications for the winter and summer seasons
From now on, the winter and summer seasons will be applied for and invoiced separately. This allows us to spread the costs more evenly over time and offer greater flexibility, tailored to your plans for your boat.
- The winter season runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027 inclusive.
- The summer season runs from 1 April to 31 October 2027 inclusive. You will receive a separate application for this season from 1 December 2026 onwards.
