In 2026, we will roll out our new management system. The goal is that in the future you will be able to manage and book your requests, crane operations, and other services yourself.
The first phase of this new system starts now with the reapplication for 2026. This means you can already submit your reapplication through the new system, while other services will continue to run in the old way for the time being.
Due to the transition to the new system, you will need to re-enter your data. Need help with this? Feel free to visit the harbor office—we’re happy to guide you.
How do I correctly complete the 2026 reapplication?
You will receive an invitation email with a link to submit your reapplication. Click on it, and you will receive a new email with the actual reapplication. Go to that email and click the link again.
- Carefully fill in your personal details (phone number, (email) address, changes regarding co-owners, domiciled children, emergency contact, etc.).
- Indicate what you want to do with your boat during the winter: on site – in the water – leaving the harbor (leaving VYN).
- Indicate what you want to do with your boat during the summer: mooring – no mooring.
- Let us also know the type of mooring you prefer:
- Catway: You have one finger pier along your boat, on the port or starboard side
- Box: You have a finger pier along both sides of your boat
- Head pontoon: You moor alongside the head of the pontoon
- In the remarks section, only mention things related to the mooring:
- You want a catway on port or starboard side
- You want a spot on a specific pontoon
- You want to moor with the bow facing north or south
- Do not mention an exact berth; this is not possible.
In or out of the water?
Book your crane operation in time via info@vynieuwpoort.be or +32 58 23 52 32! This must always be done by the members themselves; a note on the reapplication is not sufficient. In a later phase, you will also be able to book this yourself in the system.
Boats on our premises cannot be put in the water after a certain point (contact us NOW if your boat is still on site and you want it in the water). We can never prebook the date for returning to the water.
Invoice
Invoices will be sent from November 1. We ask that you pay on the invoice date to secure your berth. Payment is non-refundable.
- The winter season runs from November 1 to March 31.
- The summer season runs from April 1 to October 31.
If you remain in your berth after November 1, additional fees will be charged.
